There's no tool like kettlebells when it comes to building a workout that will challenge every muscle in your body! This class combines technical kettlebell drills with conditioning and core exercises to challenge your whole body, including those muscles you didn't know you had!

Interested in learning how to squat, deadlift and press safely and efficiently in a welcoming, supportive, women's only environment? This class series will teach you everything you need to know about mobility, warming-up, bracing, and proper mechanics for the 3 main lifts, as well as accessory exercises to strengthen your main lifts! Registration includes a Small but Mighty Notebook & PR card to track your lifts!
Mightyfit: Circuit Strength

In this co-ed class, you can expect to work through multiple circuits of resistance, cardio and abdominal exercises designed to build strength and capacity. Be ready to give it your all, push your limits, and get your sweat on. Open to all levels.

Calisthenics, yoga flows, animal mobility and resistance exercises are combined to build a workout that will help improve mobility, while also challenging your strength, endurance and coordination. Move, sweat, smile, repeat. Open to all levels
