Open to all ages and levels of experience

These classes focus on core strength and pelvic floor activation in more advanced, compound movements such as squats, lunges, deadlifts, pushing and pulling exercises. Individualized rehab and remedial work is built into weekly programming to prevent compensatory movement patterns and reduce injury risk over the long-term. Both bodyweight and loaded exercises will be utilized to promote strength, power and cardiovascular capacity.
